*No matter how much some people insist their judgement of others is not based on race, evidence suggests the opposite is true. How else do you explain public support for Luigi Mangione, a white man, but condemnation for Rodney Hinton, Jr. , a Black man?
Mangione is charged with the murder of an insurance executive last year. Based on public opinion, Mangione was put on a pedestal as a modern day avenger for good against evil insurance companies.
Hinton is charged with murder for killing a sheriff’s deputy in retaliation against a police officer who killed his son. A Cincinnati cop shot and killed Hinton’s son, Ryan, a few days before Hinton ran over and killed another law enforcement officer.
The man Luigi is charged with murdering is not directly responsible for his family’s insurance claim woes. The guy was a symbol for what is wrong with healthcare.

The sheriff’s deputy Hinton is accused of running over with his car is not the same cop who killed his son. He is a symbol of crooked ass cops who get away with killing people, especially Black men.
