*Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand, Skims, has released line of faux pubic hair underwear named “The Ultimate Bush.” Known for experimenting with unconventional undergarments, the company previously released faux nipple bras, pushing the limits of fashion innovation.
The new thongs were promoted through an Instagram video, featuring a retro game show theme. In the clip, contestants were asked, Does The Carpet Match The Drapes? before they revealed a blurred-out version of the new faux hair thongs.
Skims’ website presents the thongs with the tagline: “With our daring new Faux Hair Panty, your carpet can be whatever color you want it to be.” According to The Independent, all 12 designs of the $32 product, featuring various hair colors and textures, are reported sold out.

Social media users expressed disbelief at The Ultimate Bush launch, with one Instagram follower joking, “RiP Ed Gein you would have loved these,” referencing the infamous serial killer known for using female human remains in clothing.
Kardashian has previously poked fun at her controversial SKIM releases. When launching her pierced nipple bras, she remarked in an Instagram video, “The Earth’s temperature is getting hotter and hotter. The sea levels are rising. The ice sheets are shrinking. And I’m not a scientist, but I do believe everyone can use their skillset to do their part.”
She added, “That’s why I’m introducing a brand-new bra with a built-in nipple, so no matter how hot it is, you’ll always look cold.”
