*Keke Palmer recently reminisced about her early acting days with Tyler James Williams during a stream with PlaqueBoyMax. The two first met while working in the entertainment industry as young performers, and Palmer shared a story from their teenage years that surprised her co-host.
“We all hanging out, kicking it, and we go somewhere. Tyler James, 14, he pull out a Black Card, and we was like, ‘What the hell is that?’ He’s like, ‘It’s a Black Card,’” Palmer recalled, per Complex.
PlaqueBoyMax and Palmer found it remarkable that someone so young would have such an exclusive credit card. She also suggested that Williams was earning around $200,000 per episode of “Everybody Hates Chris.”

However, Williams later clarified that the figures circulating online were exaggerated. In an interview with Complex, the 33-year-old actor denied ever making $250,000 per episode.
“Stop believing anything you see somebody put in big bold letters on the internet. It’s not correct,” Williams said.
“I don’t even know where it came from. I heard rumors of it years and years ago. That’s not how the entertainment industry works. When you first come in on your first show, your quote is really, really low. Thankfully, it’s not where it was back in the day, but no, that’s not true,” he added.
