*Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first teaser for “The End of Oak Street,” a sci-fi thriller that plunges a suburban neighborhood into an unrecognizable world. The film follows the Platt family, who must rely on one another to survive after a mysterious cosmic event displaces Oak Street from its familiar surroundings.
The movie stars Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, alongside Maisy Stella and Christian Convery. It is written and directed by David Robert Mitchell, with production handled by a team including J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, Matt Jackson, Tommy Harper, and Mitchell himself. Executive producers on the project are Chris Bender, Jake Weiner, Joanne Lee, and Leeann Stonebreaker.
Behind the camera, the film boasts a seasoned creative team: Michael Gioulakis serves as director of photography, Maya Shimoguchi leads production design, John Axelrad handles editing, Michael Giacchino composes the score, and Erin Benach oversees costume design.
