*Rapper Xzibit‘s estranged wife, Krista Joiner, may not be living with him but is sure on the lookout for when his income shoots up.
She returned to court claiming he now earns more than he used to when accepting her existing spousal support, so he should give her more.
The couple split in 2021. At that time, the child support was calculated based on the rapper’s approximate income of $25K. Based on bank statements, she claims he is now earning not less than $134K a month.
So she asks for more money because whatever she gets doesn’t satisfy her extreme financial hardships. She says she and their 12-year-old son had to relocate from the 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home they were renting for $10K a month. This amounts to a downgrade in her lifestyle, and she is not taking it lying down.

She also lacks the means to buy designer clothes for herself and her son, pay her bills, get car insurance, or take weekend trips. All this suffering occurs while the West Coast rapper is busy spending his money generously on his girlfriend’s luxury car.
She claims Xzibit can’t pay for their son’s private school tuition as well. Worse, Xzibit is uninterested in seeing their son; he allegedly last saw him in September 2024.
But that’s not the end of it all. She alleges incidents of domestic violence dating back to August 2022 when the rapper and his Valerie Eagleson ganged up against her right in front of their son at a studio. She was left with skin abrasions. To cut a long story short, she is asking the court to raise her current child support to $9,313 monthly and spousal support to $21,380 monthly. She also wants the court to determine that Xzibit owes her more than $750K in arrears.
While at it, the rapper should also pay the attorney fees (only $300K).
