Following the explosive debut of Season 2, a newly released trailer offers a glimpse into the intense conclusion of this cultural phenomenon. The series, directed and written by Hwang Dong-hyuk, will wrap up the harrowing journey of Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) and his nemesis, the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun).
As Tudum reports, Hwang confirmed the finale in a heartfelt letter to fans, stating, “I am beyond excited to be writing this letter to announce the date for Season 2 and share the news of Season 3, the final season.”
He promised a gripping continuation, noting, “The fierce clash between [Gi-hun and Front Man’s] two worlds will continue into the series finale with Season 3, which will be brought to you next year.”
