*Niecy Nash is expanding her presence in the true-crime space with a new project that will put her in front of the microphone alongside her daughter, Dia Nash.
PAVE Studios announced that the Emmy Award-winning actress will co-host a new talk show for its true-crime brand, Crime House. The series will pair Nash and her daughter in weekly conversations about real criminal cases rooted in relationships, trust and betrayal, per the news release.
Unlike traditional true-crime programs, the show will not rely on narration, reenactments or procedural breakdowns. Instead, the series will center on the pair’s reactions, observations and discussions as they examine crimes involving spouses, partners, former lovers, and other close relationships.
The project marks a new collaboration for the mother-daughter duo, who plan to approach each case through their own perspectives and experiences.

“In our family we don’t just tell stories — we solve them,” Niecy and Dia said in a joint statement. “We are excited to partner with PAVE! Welcome to the mysteries we will unravel together.”
According to PAVE Studios, the conversations will focus on crimes driven by intimacy, obsession and betrayal. The series will explore incidents involving people who knew each other closely rather than stranger-on-stranger crimes, a format that aligns with the growing popularity of relationship-centered true-crime content. Nash will also serve as a producer on the series.
The announcement also represents another expansion for Crime House, which launched in 2024 and has continued building a slate of creator-led true-crime programming.
PAVE Studios founder and CEO Max Cutler said the company sees the new series as a reflection of its strategy to build programming around recognizable personalities and creator-driven storytelling.
”PAVE exists at the intersection of premium content and creators who are redefining how audiences connect,” said Cutler. “Niecy and Dia embody that better than anyone, and working with creators like them is only the latest example of our core philosophy in building the studio of tomorrow.”
PAVE has not announced a premiere date. The series is expected to debut on Crime House in both video and audio formats, with additional details to be released at a later date.
