Rolling Stone reviewed new civil lawsuits against Diddy and the plaintiff in one particular case, identified as John Doe, was an emerging young artist in 2005 when a consultant, hired by the family, brought him to a hotel room in New York City to meet with Combs. Doe claims he was left with the music mogul and given a soda that appeared to be drugged, based on how it made him feel “a little funny” after drinking it.
“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes’” the lawsuit reads.
“Once plaintiff had been pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out,” the lawsuit states.
Doe lost consciousness shortly afterward, and when he awoke, his pants were undone, and he felt pain in his anus. Diddy allegedly threatened to harm his parents if he told them about the assault. When he later spoke about it, his parents “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse,” per the lawsuit.

The lawsuits were filed by attorneys Andrew van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee, who are reviewing claims from over 100 individuals alleging harm by the Bad Boy Records founder.
Per ABC News, Combs’ attorneys responded to the lawsuit in a statement, saying: “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement continued.
Diddy is currently in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted in September on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, the father of seven faces up to life in prison.
