*Christian “King” Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, was reportedly the target of an attempted home invasion early Thursday morning in Los Angeles’ Porter Ranch neighborhood. Authorities were first called to the home over reports of gunfire, but investigations revealed that the incident was actually an attempted burglary, TheGrio reports.
The suspects tried to gain entry through a rear glass sliding door but were unsuccessful and fled the scene. The breaking glass may have caused the initial confusion about gunfire. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the residents were not home at the time and no other occupants were present.
Meanwhile, Christian and his brother Justin are developing a documentary to share their perspective on their father, Diddy, in response to allegations of sexual abuse, trafficking, and physical assault. The project also serves as a response to 50 Cent’s “Sean Combs: The Reckoning,” which details disturbing claims against the music mogul.

Zeus Network CEO Lemuel Plummer emphasized the documentary’s purpose is to provide the Combs brothers a platform, not to endorse Diddy.
“To be clear, this documentary is about giving Justin and Christian the opportunity to share their personal story,” Plummer said, per TheGrio. “We’re not here to endorse Diddy or anyone else. As a network, we believe in giving individuals a platform to tell their own experiences… We’re simply allowing these stories to be told, and that’s the essence of what we’re doing here.”
In October, Diddy was sentenced to four years in prison after being convicted on two counts of transportation for purposes of prostitution involving Cassie Ventura and male sex workers. He was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.
The documentary aims to offer fans an intimate, first-person account from Christian and Justin, providing a perspective that hasn’t been central in previous films about their father.
