*Jess Hilarious is opening up regarding revelations about her receiving a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The bombshell, which her godsister dropped in 2019, came with a heavy price, causing betrayal on the godsister’s part toward the comedian and “The Breakfast Club” co-host, who formerly trusted her relative.
During an appearance on Club Shay Shay Jess Hilarious revealed the confession about the work done on her back end came after she fired her godsister, who was employed as the funnywoman’s personal driver. To get back at Jess, the godsister exposed Jess’ cosmetic surgery to the social media masses.
“That heifer…tried me real bad ’cause she got fired,” Jess recalled.
“I created a job for this girl, and she stole my wig and my car while we were on the road. Then she turned around and told the internet my business.”
Having something so personal made known came off as a major breach of trust, she said. Detailing the reasons for the firing, Jess mentioned that her driver took her car while she was on tour, IceCream Convos mentioned.

The car wasn’t the only item taken. Jess’ driver also obtained her performance wig without her permission, in an effort to take care of personal business in another city.
“She came back like everything was cool—brought me flowers like I was supposed to forget she dipped off with my car and my wig,” “The Breakfast Club” co-host said.
“And then she blasted me online? That hurt. That really hurt.”
Despite it looking like petty drama, the betrayal was anything but for Jess, who had known her godsister since childhood.
Still the damage was done.
As clarified with “Club Shay Shay” host Shannon Sharpe, Jess confirmed her procedure was a fat transfer that took place years ago in Atlanta —long before it went by its current day label, BBL.
“Back then, it wasn’t called a BBL. It was just a fat transfer. I didn’t even get my butt lifted,” she explained. “I had hip dips and wanted to feel more feminine. I told my doctor, ‘Give me hips!’ I was tired of looking strong.”
Jess went on to explain that her procedure was subtle and natural-looking. Hence the reason for people questioning to this day whether she had surgery at all. Building on her experience, Jess touched on the growing pressure for women to enhance their body via surgical means.
“I wish women would do it in moderation. Some of these surgeries just look ridiculous now. You can’t be 150 pounds with a 50-pound booty!” she said while warning of the risks associated with repeat procedures.
According to Jess, many women are so focused on appearances that they overlook the serious dangers of getting work done on their physical selves.
“Just because you survived it once doesn’t mean you’ll wake up the second time,” she stated. “It’s not a game.”
