*Hip-hop legends Ice-T, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Arabian Prince have joined forces to bring the animated neo-noir series “Tehk City” to life.
According to All Hip-Hop, the show is set in a harsh near-future penal colony where “every choice is life or death, chaos reigns and only the ruthless survive,” offering a bold new vision for adult animation. The project is co-created by Ice-T and Tommy The Animator, who also serve as producers alongside the legendary West Coast rap pioneers.
“I just wanted to bring something new to animation that’s never been seen before, coming from the mind of a black creator out of the projects of the Upper West Side of Manhattan,” Ice-T stated.

Veteran producers Ken Corben, Kirk Shaw, and Thomas Vitale are attached to the project, with Rusty Cundeiff also contributing as a producer. “Tehk City is one of those rare projects that came together through the collaboration of an exceptional team. We’re creating a world only animation could capture, where morality is a luxury and the visual style is as fierce as the story itself,” said Shaw.
Unlike traditional Hip-Hop media projects, “Tehk City” taps into the growing market for adult-oriented animated programming, following the success of shows like “Invincible” and “The Boys: Diabolical.”
Ambitious Entertainment plans a multi-platform launch for “Tehk City” in 2026, bringing together artists who have shaped Hip-Hop culture for over 30 years.
