*Everybody knows Deion Sanders: NFL Hall of Famer, college coach, and the man with a personal brand that has crossed over generations, racial divides, and genders. Of all the things Sanders has accomplished, owning an NFL team is not one of them. At least not yet.
When it comes to business, there are two types of people: business owners and the people who work for them, also known as employees. As a coach, Sanders knows that bringing in the wrong person, even if they have the right skills, can be detrimental to the work environment.
Most regular- smegular people understand they have to jump through a few hoops to get hired: a skills test, a drug test and a personality test are just how it’s done in the regular world, because even though most people are hired because of their skills, they are fired because of their behavior. So, it’s best to hire slowly.

Even though the paycheck is bigger, NFL owners and coaches still want to make sure they make the best decision when it comes to drafting players.
It’s Shedeur Sanders‘ not willing to perform as a team player that may have cost him a top draft pick.
