*After delivering the highest-performing series debut in CLEO TV history, “Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E” is heading back to the network with a second season this summer.
CLEO TV announced that the series will return Wednesday, July 8, with a new slate of episodes featuring Tamar Braxton and her mother, Evelyn “Ms. E” Braxton. New episodes will air Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET/CT.
The cooking and lifestyle series invites viewers into the kitchen as Tamar and Ms. E prepare recipes while sharing conversation and plenty of laughter. According to the network, season two will feature the pair “spicing things up in the kitchen with delicious recipes and even more laughter.”
The show’s renewal follows a successful first season. CLEO TV said the inaugural season premiered as the network’s highest-performing series debut ever, making it one of the channel’s standout original programs.

Powerhouse Productions produces “Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E.” Rochelle Brown and Sonia Armstead serve as executive producers, while Kenneth Colbert returns as senior producer.
Ms. E also holds an executive producer credit on the series. Tamar Braxton serves as an executive producer through Tamar Braxton Productions.
Susan Henry oversees the project for CLEO TV as vice president of original programming and production.
Season two marks the latest collaboration between Tamar and her mother, whose family dynamic helped establish the show’s appeal during its first season. The upcoming episodes will continue the format that combines home cooking with the pair’s on-screen chemistry.
Fans can tune in beginning July 8 when “Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E” returns to CLEO TV for another season of food, conversation, and family moments. Watch the preview below.
