*The highly anticipated second half of Season 4 of STARZ‘s hit crime drama “Power Book II: Ghost” is here, bringing more danger, shifting alliances, and high-stakes drama. With every major character navigating treacherous waters, it’s clear no one can be trusted, and the game is more lethal than ever.
One character who is making major moves this season is Noma, played by Caroline Chikezie. Known as a formidable force in the Power universe, Noma steps up her game in Season 4.
She’s not only trying to secure her business in the U.S. but also has her sights on expanding her power base through unexpected alliances—including one with Cane.
In an exclusive interview with EUR, Chikezie opened up about her complex character and the challenges Noma faces this final season.

Noma’s involvement with Cane has sparked a lot of curiosity. When asked about the nature of their relationship, Chikezie hinted that what started as a strategic move might be evolving into something more personal.
“I think it started as a means to an end. She felt she needed to replace Obi, and the best person would be Cane,” she explained. “But honestly, as time passes, he’s getting under her skin. He is incredibly charming, and they spend a lot of time together.”
Chikezie said that while Noma may be warming up to Cane, she’s still keeping her guard up. “Noma is never going to just give her whole heart. She’s wary of him, and that’s why she’s in an entanglement. She won’t fully commit to just one guy.”
From the moment Noma was introduced in “Power Book II: Ghost”, she appeared as an impenetrable, calculating force. However, this season, we’re beginning to see cracks in her armor, especially regarding her daughter, Anya. According to Chikezie, Anya is Noma’s Achilles heel.
“Her biggest vulnerability is her daughter, having someone she loves so much, and knowing that it’s not entirely in her hands to keep her safe,” she revealed. “It’s terrifying for Noma, what could happen to her daughter, especially as Anya has her own mind and wants to explore the world—like hooking up with Tariq.”

Noma’s fierce protectiveness over her daughter is the force behind many of her decisions this season. Chikezie noted that this vulnerability adds layers to Noma’s character, making her not just a power-hungry leader but also a mother trying to shield her child from harm in a dangerous world.
As Noma expands her influence, she faces threats on multiple fronts—Monet, Tariq, Cane, and the feds. But according to Chikezie, it’s the law that keeps Noma up at night.
“Definitely the feds,” she admitted. “Noma is ready to neutralize any threat that isn’t a fed, but the feds are different. That’s why she’s trying to legitimize her business and get American citizenship. She doesn’t want to stay in the life of crime forever—she has a daughter to raise.”
Noma is willing to do whatever it takes to protect her daughter and her empire. But as we’ve seen in the “Power” universe, no one is invincible, and Chikezie teased that Noma’s future is anything but certain.

With so many enemies circling and her empire expanding, fans are left wondering if there’s any way out for Noma that doesn’t end in tragedy. Chikezie remains optimistic:
“There’s always a way out. It’s not the end until it’s the end. But you never know, in “Power”, anything’s possible. All I’ll say is, keep watching. It all happens very quickly, and it’s an absolute thrill ride.”
Expect the unexpected as *Power Book II: Ghost* Season 4 unfolds. With every character facing life-altering decisions, the stakes have never been higher.
