*Wendy Williams‘ brother Tommy Williams claims his sister has abandoned their elderly father Thomas Williams Sr.
“Wendy hasn’t been in communication the way we anticipated. Everybody’s able to kind of shrug it off, but it’s painful when it comes to her father, it’s painful,” said Tommy as reported by The Sun.
“I think it’s necessary for her to see him and let him know what her status is, but she doesn’t communicate with him,” he added.
“He’s 92 in February, and he’s in great shape, but she’s really missing out,” Tommy continued.

“It is more painful because this is the month of our mother’s passing, and now she hasn’t progressed with her relationship with her father. I can’t understand it,” Tommy told the outlet, adding “It’s really Wendy’s loss.”
Tommy is hopeful that the holidays will cause Wendy to have a change of heart.
“We’ll see what the holidays bring,” Tommy said.
“If a sporadic trip to Florida pops up fantastic, but I imagine that it won’t because if she was coming the normal behavior is to communicate…to let someone know you’re coming down for the holidays,” he added.
Over the summer, Tommy spoke out about Wendy’s relationship with her son Kevin, calling her “heartless” because she allegedly refused to allow her son to enter her house on her birthday.
Tommy ranted about the former talk show host in a video shared on his YouTube channel. In the clip, he explained how Kevin flew from Florida to New York to surprise his mother on her 58th birthday on July 18 but was barred from entering her $4.5M NYC penthouse.
Tommy said, “My nephew is trying to get in there now to see his mother. He was with me yesterday; we talked about the trip. We smiled and laughed. First thing this morning-—the first flight taken out. Going up there & excited. I was excited for him. He landed safely, reached out, great. And now the moment of truth – as beckons to see his mother at the pearly gates – to see Wendy. She is not our celebrity. She’s not the family celebrity. She’s a member, and she has her son out there like he’s the paparazzi.”
