*Brandi Milton came into Married to Medicine Season 12 as a “new friend,” but she didn’t tiptoe into the group — she walked straight into the smoke. Talking with EUR, Milton revealed the first moment she realized she was officially in Married to Medicine territory… and it happened immediately.
“My first camera on camera moment was actually… Dr. Mimi’s event,” Milton said, adding that it was her interaction with Dr. Jackie Walters that threw her into the fire on Day 1.
If you’re keeping score: that early-season moment set the tone, and Milton admits she was “caught off guard” at the time — but says they’ve since worked through it.
“That was in the very beginning of the season. She apologized. I think we’ve come to a good place… we’ve talked,” Milton explained.
Instead of staying stuck on the awkwardness, Milton said she chose to turn the moment into something useful. “It was a good opportunity for me… I was able to educate people, provide a little bit of medical knowledge,” she told EUR’s Jill Munroe.

And education is kind of her thing.
Milton — a nurse practitioner and the founder of Conqr Aesthetics and Wellness — is pushing back on the idea that aesthetics is just “Botox and fillers.” She says her practice focuses on the full picture: labs, workups, and functional wellness that can reveal bigger issues.
“We do comprehensive workups… lab work,” she said. “While people may think… Botox… fillers, we really do the functional medicine component.”
Milton also pointed out that treatments often overlap into quality-of-life care: “We’re able to use certain medications… they help with their arthritis… they help with their PCOS,” she said, emphasizing, “It’s deeper than just aesthetics… we want to work on the inside too.”
But while the med spa life is thriving, the real juggling act is everything else: marriage, four kids, nonstop sports schedules, and now filming reality TV on top of it.
“It was very difficult this first season to balance… I don’t have any extra time. I really don’t,” Milton said.
Her solution? Building a support system she didn’t have at first. “It’s important to create a little village… a little team for people that can step in and help you,” she shared.
Milton also touched on the cast chemistry — the kind that looks chaotic from the outside but makes sense when you realize these women have years of history. She described watching relationships flip on a dime, using Quad Webb and Dr. Simone Whitmore as an example.

“They can go from yelling… to like, hugging and kissing,” she said. “They… develop these relationships. They have ups and downs… but… they do have love for each other.”
And in case anyone still thinks reality TV is mostly smoke and mirrors, Milton said filming cleared that up quickly.
“I didn’t really realize… how much of their lives is real… and it wasn’t until they came into my space… I’m like, you know what, these ladies… have really shown real issues… real life issues,” she said.
Then there’s the Med Gala — the franchise event that reliably lights the match. Milton teased drama, old grudges, and a newbie-sized side-eye.
“They were mad at Toya from years and years ago… trying to pay her back,” she said. And as far as the new friends? “They didn’t include us — me, Angel Love Davis and Dr. Mimi Sanders — in the planning,” Milton added.
Her takeaway was simple: “When it’s time to donate the money, don’t ask us for money.”
As for the reunion? Milton gave Munroe one word — and it’s exactly what Bravo fans want to hear: “Explosive.”
She also framed her first season as bigger than drama. “I’m the first nurse practitioner on here,” Milton said, adding that nurses and NPs are “a vital part… an essential part, and we should be highlighted.”
Married to Medicine airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo, and episodes stream next day on Peacock.
