
*iHeartMedia and Charlamagne Tha God announced the return of the Black Effect Podcast Festival, set for April 25 from noon to 8 p.m. ET at Pullman Yards in Atlanta, Georgia. The festival will feature live podcast tapings and informative discussions aimed at aspiring podcasters in the Black community, with Charlamagne Tha God joining some of the network’s most popular personalities.
The event will be hosted by Charlamagne and DJ Envy of The Breakfast Club, alongside Loren LoRosa, host of “The Latest with Loren LoRosa Podcast.” Tickets go on sale March 12 at 12 p.m. ET. For information on ticket pricing and the lineup, fans can visit blackeffect.com/podcastfestival.
“Each year we return to Atlanta with purpose and intention to amplify storytelling, champion community, and celebrate excellence in podcasting with thousands of our cousins from around the world,” said Charlamagne Tha God, per the news release.

This year’s festival, the fourth annual, will include panel discussions such as “AI: The Evolution and The Future,” “The Gen-Z Movement,” and an audio and media development panel. Special guests will include Carlos King, host of “Reality With The King,” finance expert Ian Dunlap, and others. Dollie S. Bishop, President of The Black Effect Podcast Network, said, “We celebrate and uplift the power of Black voices, creating space for creators to inspire, connect and shape culture.”
Charlamagne added, “From conversations on AI and investing to the future of audio, we’re bringing the culture together for connection, innovation and a few surprises.”
Attendees can also enjoy activities such as the “Pitch Your Podcast” Booth and The Black Effect Marketplace, which will feature merchandise from Black-owned businesses, local food trucks, and more. Special student ticket pricing is available.
The Black Effect Podcast Network, launched in September 2020 by Charlamagne Tha God in partnership with iHeartMedia, is a leading platform for Black creators. The network has debuted more than 60 shows, including 47 live shows, and focuses on social justice, pop culture, sports, mental health, news, and comedy.
Presented by State Farm, the 2026 Black Effect Podcast Festival continues the network’s mission to elevate Black voices and create opportunities for both emerging and established creators.
