*Latto is bringing fans in on being brought into the world when her mother was 14 years old. Sandra Rose referenced a social media post from the 25-year-old rapper, who shamed her mother Misti for giving birth to her at such a young age.
A photo of Misti is featured in Latto’s post, with the following caption:
“My mama 15yo fast azz w me.”
Born Alyssa Michelle Stephens in Columbus, Ohio, Latto is the daughter of Misti and her father, Shayne Stephens. Upon seeing the 15-year-old matriarch, fans wondered hold old Stephens was at the time as well as if statutory rape charges could still apply. Latto responded to the chatter, saying her parents are 3 years apart.
“That means Shayne was 17 or 18 when he fathered Latto with a minor,” Sandra Rose noted, adding that the age of consent in Ohio is 16. “…Which means Misti was too young to consent to sex with an 18-year-old man.

“Per Ohio’s age of consent law, ‘No person who is eighteen years of age or older shall engage in sexual conduct’ with a minor.
The site further mentioned that it is a felony or a misdemeanor in Ohio for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
“The charge is punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison for a felony or 6 months in prison for a misdemeanor,” according to the site, which also voiced that there no statute of limitations for statutory rape in Ohio.”
