*Rapper Future is reportedly set to drop over $7.5 million at Dezer’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla.

According to The New York Post, the 6,000-square-foot pad boasts a private pool and a 1,500-square-foot, four-car “sky garage” on the same floor.

“The Dezervator [a patented elevator] takes you and your car straight to your unit — you can see the cars from your living room, thanks to a glass divider from the garage,” said Gil Dezer, CEO of Dezer Development, which built Porsche Design Tower.

“It’s a unique system, and it’s what sold many people on buying. In other buildings, the valets know who is coming and going. This is more private.”

Future’s future apartment features three bedrooms and three and a half baths. “It’s the perfect place to have parties,” Dezer said.

The building amenities include “a three-story lobby with ocean views, a gym, spa, pool, a lobby bar and restaurant, a whiskey bar, a private dining room, a movie theater with seating for 14 (decked out like the interior of a Bentley car), a cigar lounge, a game room and a kids club,” per The Post.

“I get celebrities all the time calling me saying, ‘You need to give me an apartment,’” Dezer told Page Six.

“Future was different though,” he added. “He came to me like a gentleman, and he said, ‘Will you give me a good price?’ Others have come to me and said, ‘Hey, hook me up!’ They wanted in on the ground floor for free, and I am talking about mega-millionaires. It is crazy.”

The 62-story tower Bentley building comes with 216 units that will be completed in 2027. A condo in this complex starts at $5.65 million and comes with heated flooring, home saunas, outdoor showers, and a balcony pool.

Dezer’s client list includes Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, as well as NFL stars Trevon and Stefon Diggs.

“With word spreading of who will be living in the building…I have been receiving calls from publicists for their clients requesting private tours in exchange for passes to football games, concert tickets, jewelry,” Dezer said, Page Six reports.

“Gifts are always nice… but at the end of the day, this is a business, and if you want a spot, you need to put down the money and sign on the dotted line.”
