TikToker Keith Lee Returns to Dallas for 2024 Food Tour – He Gave Mixed Reviews | VIDEO

*TikTok food critic Keith Lee returned to Dallas this month for another food tour. 

The Houston Chronicle reports that Lee hit up a few hot spots in Dallas. He stopped at Terry Black’s Barbecue, Hutchins Barbecue, Thunderbirds Pizza, and Halal Fusionz. He ranked some dishes with a 1/10 and others with a 9/10.

Lee gave the mac and cheese at Austin-based chain Terry Black’s a 1/10, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage also got a 1/10.

According to the Chronicle, he gave high scores to some of the menu items at Halal Fusionz, with the chipotle kheema taco receiving a 9.3 score. Lee praised Hutchins Barbecue’s peach cobbler, giving it a 9/10 rating.

In December, Lee listed eight cities he visited in 2023, and Houston ranked second behind first-place winner New Orleans.

“Speaking of almost every spot we visited being delicious, Houston was one of those places,” Lee said at the time. “It was one place that carried Houston for me — The Puddery.”

Lee claims he received death threats late last year after reviewing various soul food restaurants in Atlanta. As SandraRose.com reported, he appeared on the “Ryan Cameron Uncensored” podcast and said he won’t return to Atlanta because “People there put a hit out on me.”

As expected, Atlanta placed 8th on Lee’s list.
