*Charlamagne tha God explained in a new interview that he regrets voting for President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris.
The popular radio personality said he initially supported Harris due to her stance on mental health — but after she was elected, she failed to follow through with her initiatives.
“I’ve learned my lesson from doing that. Once they got in the White House, she … kind of disappeared,” Charlamagne told Politico, according to OK Magazine.
“When I give people my word like: ‘Yo man, I think we should be supporting Kamala Harris for vice president … because she’s going to hold it down.’ When we say those things and people don’t see her holding it down, that causes issues,” he continued.
“‘Damn, you told us to vote for [them].’ Do you know how many people say that to me all the time?”

Charlamagne openly endorsed the Biden/Harris ticket in 2020. “I’m voting for Kamala Harris, I’ll tell you that in a heartbeat. I’m not necessarily voting for Joe Biden, I’m voting for Sen. Kamala Harris,” he said at the time, New York Post reports.
“I believe she’s a political change agent, exactly the leader this country needs to lead us in the future. If she’s not, I’ll just be wrong,” Charlamagne said in 2020. “I’m just so tired of old White male leadership in politics.”
Meanwhile, Biden famously told Charlamagne during the 2020 presidential race that Black Americans who do not vote for him “ain’t Black.” During his sit down with 2024 GOP presidential candidate Larry Elder last year, Charlamagne had his “ni*** wake-up call” for how he handled that moment with Biden.
“I’m acutely aware Charlemagne that I am a Black person, just as you are a Black person, and when Joe Biden insulted you by saying ‘you ain’t really Black you don’t know whether or not you want to vote for me or vote for Donald Trump.’ It seems to me that should’ve been a wake-up call on your part. He came in here and insult you, a Black man, and tell you that you got to think a certain way. I’m amazed that you weren’t mad about that,” Elder said.
He continued, “To have a white guy come in here, who also said by the way about Mitt Romney, because he didn’t want to put up more regulation on Wall Street he was going to ‘put y’all back in chains.’ And Joe Biden has lied for decades on his civil rights record, claiming he desegregated movie theaters and restaurants in Wilmington, Delaware. He didn’t do any of that. He lied and said he tried to visit Nelson Mandela during apartheid South Africa, he did not. He came in here and told you that you aren’t black unless you think in a certain kind of way? It seems to me that should have been a ni— wake-up call for you, but it wasn’t.”
It wasn’t, so Charlamagne is now calling out the Biden administration for failing to deliver.
Charlamagne said, “In 2024, it’s a race between the cowards, the crooks and the couch.”
