*Cardi B teamed with popular TikTok food critic Keith Lee to review his favorite restaurant in Los Angeles, Easy Street Burgers.

In a video posted to social media, Cardi said, “Alright guys, so you know how I feel about L.A. food; it’s not my favorite, but I got a good recommendation about this place […] You know what? Since this person recommended this place, if I don’t like it, I want to tell them to their face.”

That’s when Lee walked into the frame, and they sampled several burgers from the popular eatery together. Watch the moment via the Instagram video below.

Vibe reports that Lee was in L.A. for the 2024 NAACP Image Awards, as he was nominated for Outstanding Social Media Personality of the Year.

We reported previously that Lee boasts 18 million followers on TikTok, and his food reviews have been featured on major news programs, including Inside Edtion. He has reviewed The Real Milk & Honey,  Juci Jerk, Atlanta Breakfast Club, Lil Baby’s The Seafood Menu, and Kandi Burruss’ ‘Old Lady Gang’ restaurant.

In December, Lee listed eight cities he visited in 2023, and Houston ranked second behind first-place winner New Orleans. Keith claims he received death threats late last year after reviewing various soul food restaurants in Atlanta.

Earlier this year, Lee warned about deceptive food influencers in Indianapolis taking money from restaurants using his name.

In a TikTok video, Lee said that scammers began targeting local businesses after his plans to attend the NBA All-Star game in Indianapolis leaked.

“I would rather not make this video, but it’s come to my attention that people are scamming on my behalf, and I don’t want nobody falling victim to it,” Lee said in the clip.

“Apparently, food influencers that live in Indianapolis are going around to restaurants and charging these restaurants a fee and guaranteeing them that we’re coming and we gon’ try the food and there’s gon be a line out the door,” he added. “That’s not true. We going to Indianapolis for the game and the game only.”

Lee noted that he will never “charge small restaurants for anything.”
