*Tabitha Brown has put her unexpectedly brief Food Network situation behind her and is moving on to bigger and better bags.

Since her six-episode cooking competition series “It’s CompliPlated” ended last fall amid time-slot drama, the plant-based burst of energy has extended her Sunshine Seasoning deal with McCormick, is currently writing a follow-up to her two New York Times bestselling cookbooks and nabbed an acting role in a yet-to-be-announced Netflix comedy series, reports the New York Daily News.

When “It’s CompliPlated” was snatched without explanation from Food Network’s primetime schedule last summer and switched to weekday afternoons, Brown vented on social media about working with companies who were trying to “change” her. McCormick, according to the Daily News, has instead allowed her to “spread her wings.”

“I feel so blessed and grateful. I wake up just in a state of gratitude every day [to] partner with McCormick and for them just allowing me to be me and do things that I want to do,” the 44-year-old told outlet.

Brown said McCormick has gone all out to ensure her collection of products, including five new additions, aligned with her values. For instance, she insisted that her spices be salt-free — a first for the company: “At first, they were like, ‘I don’t know if we can do it’ and I was like, ‘We gotta figure it out.’ They said, ‘OK, we’re gonna figure it out.’ So it’s all salt-free. I’m so excited.”

Meanwhile, the “Cooking From the Spirit” author tells The Daily News she’s currently writing book number three.

“I am actually writing a new book right now,” she revealed. “It’s all about a new thing. It’s talking about how I did something new and how it changed me and encouraging other people to try something new and see how it changes their lives.”

Additionally, Brown reportedly has an acting gig in the works at Netflix and is looking for a new home to her Emmy-nominated YouTube Originals children’s series, “Tab Time.”

As if that isn’t enough, the famous vegan eventually wants to host her own talk show, adding: “I’m gonna see if God wants me to do it or not. We’ll see what happens.”
