*Comediennes Kim Coles, Kim Fields, Kim Wayans, and Kym Whitely may join forces for a “Kims of Comedy” tour.
Coles teased such an event during a panel discussion at the Wilmington Library in Delaware on Oct. 27, MadameNoire reports. Fields hosted the free gathering where fans heard about the personal and professional journeys of the quartet.
Coles hit up social media after the engagement to share a video of the ladies posing backstage.
“These backstage moments are often not glamorous or fancy but are the times when we get to connect and reflect before being with all the beautiful people out there!” she captioned the image — see below.
“Thanks WILMINGTON library for hosting the “Kims of Comedy” event. One of us is really a Kym but you get the idea!” she continued.

“I think we need to put the show on the road,” she added, asking fans, “What city do you think we should bring it to next?”
As MadameNoire reports, in the comments section, one fan wrote that they would love to see the “Kims of Comedy” perform in Philly. Another user added, “BALTIMORE, Lord knows we need some laughter!” A third wrote, “We need whatever y’all cooking up! We need this movie or series!!!”
Fields also posted video highlights from the event on her Instagram page.
“We had a time —Kym Whitley, Kim Coles, Kim Wayans — talking about physical comedy, timing, how we got in the business, what keeps us going, funny moments and memories,” she captioned the post.
