Final Trailer Drops for ‘Scream VI’ | Watch

*Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group have released the final trailer for the hotly anticipated next installment of the “Scream” horror franchise.

We reported previously Courteney Cox is returning for “Scream VI,” and this time, the survivors of Ghostface’s murders leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter in New York City!

Per the official synopsis, “Scream 6” also sees the return of Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”) and Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) to their roles in the franchise alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.

Franchise star Neve Campbell, who played Sidney Prescott in the original, is not returning, as she revealed in June 2022 that she declined to reprise the role after rejecting an initial offer to return for “Scream 6.”

“I did not feel that what I was being offered equated to the value that I bring to this franchise, and have brought to this franchise, for 25 years,” Campbell said in a statement at the time, Variety reports. “And as a woman in this business, I think it’s really important for us to be valued and to fight to be valued.”

“Scream 6” releases in theaters on March 10.
