Allison Holker Breaks Silence a Week after Husband Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss Dies by Suicide

*Allison Holker has finally broken her online silence that began with her husband’s untimely death a week ago. Holker’s husband, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, 40, died by suicide. The former “Dancing with the Stars” pro has been grieving without sharing her agony on her social media handles.

But in her first social media post since the tragedy, she shared a photo of her and her late husband. Coincidentally, the couple celebrated their ninth anniversary just days before “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” DJ’s passing.

The 34-year-old grieving widow accompanied the photo with the caption: “My ONE and ONLY Oh how my heart aches.”

“We miss you so much,” she added.

This was her next post after the one she posted two days before her husband’s death, in which she shared a video of her and him dancing together to “December Back 2 June,” a song by Alicia Keys. The video post’s comment section ended up being the platform where fans and friends wrote their heartfelt and supportive messages. Among the people who wrote their condolences here include stars like Denise Richards, Ashley Graham, and Olivia Munn.

On December 10, just a day before the video post, the couple who were both “So You Think You Can Dance” alums posted messages to each other to mark their anniversary.

“I couldn’t be more grateful to celebrate this perfect magical day!!!” Holker wrote. “Saying YES to @sir_twitch_alot has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!! I feel so blessed and loved!! I love you baby and I will never take you or OUR love for granted! I LOVE YOU #happyanniversary #bosswedding2013.”

Although she took a week to return to her social media pages to moan her husband, Allison shared a statement with PEOPLE soon after the news of Stephen’s passing broke on December 14.

“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us,” she said in the statement. “Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”

She added that Stephen had left more than a legacy, and his positive impact would still be felt.

“I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children,” she added.
