*Let’s face it, if you’re a Democrat, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders are precious cargo. They’re the only ones left standing between sanity and four more years of Trump, so we are in desperate need for one of them to make it to the White House.
When protesters from “Let Dairy Die” rushed the stage last night during Biden’s Super Tuesday victory speech, his wife Jill Biden and senior adviser Symone Sanders sprung into action to save the former Vice President, thereby saving us all.
Dr. Biden moved quickly to put herself between her husband and the protester, who was then stopped by a security guard. Seconds later, another protester actually made it onto the stage, only for Jill Biden to grab her by the wrists and push her away. Then Sanders grabbed the protester with one arm and hauled her off stage with the help of another staffer.
Sanders tweeted about the incident, saying, “I broke a nail. #SuperTuesday.”
