*Tickets are now on sale for Disney and Pixar’s upcoming animated feature “Toy Story 5,” alongside the release of its final trailer and a new set of promotional posters.
Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and the rest of the familiar toy group reunite as they face a new challenge centered around Lilypad, a smart tablet introduced into Bonnie’s life. The character brings a modern twist to the franchise, with her own ideas about how to help Bonnie make new friends, setting up a conflict between classic playtime and technology, per the synopsis.
The story continues the series’ “toy meets tech” direction, exploring how digital devices reshape childhood play and the toys’ place within it.

The film also introduces new voice talent, including musical artist Bad Bunny, who voices “Pizza with Sunglasses,” a character described as part of a group of forgotten toys living in an abandoned backyard shed. The role marks a cameo appearance in the animated feature.
Actor Alan Cumming also joins the cast, voicing “Evil Bullseye,” a playful alter ego version of Bullseye featured during a comedic sequence.
Returning voice cast members include Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack, reprising their iconic roles as the central toy characters.
The film is directed by Andrew Stanton, co-directed by Kenna Harris, and produced by Lindsey Collins. Oscar-winning composer Randy Newman returns to provide the score.

The “Toy Story” franchise first launched in 1995 and has since expanded through multiple sequels, including “Toy Story 2” and “Lightyear,” as well as several short films and re-releases. The original film became a major box office success, spawning one of Pixar’s most recognizable and long-running franchises.
“Toy Story 5” is set to hit theaters on June 19, 2026. Watch the latest trailer above.
