*Porsha Williams is reportedly dating popular influencer Patrice “Sway” McKinney, surprising fans with her same-sex romance.
According to Reality Blurb, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has been spotted with McKinney, a licensed master barber and entrepreneur known for helping people “open a profitable salon suite business.”
The entertainment outlet Mr Housewives shared footage of Porsha introducing Sway to her co-stars Phaedra Parks and Angela Oakley while filming season 17 of the Bravo series. “That woman was Patrice ‘Sway’ McKinney — the founder of Encore Salon Suites, the first Black-owned salon suite brand to become a franchise,” the post stated, noting that Sway “turned down both a professional basketball career and a corporate job to launch her business, which now has four locations (with more on the way).”

Speaking to PEOPLE in June about her split from ex-husband Simon Guobadia, 61, Williams reflected on exploring new romantic possibilities with women. “I was sitting here [asking], ‘Do I like women enough? Can I get with a woman? Who can come and fill this void? Like, somebody?’ I have got to be able to sit with someone and feel a part of what I felt with him. But I don’t yet,” she said.
During a recent appearance at CultureCon, Porsha updated fans on her dating life, describing her two current partners as “nice” and “normal” people who “challenge” her.
“I’m having a hard time opening up because they’re not narcissists. I have to soften up a bit. I have to not expect a whole lot of elaborate things … I have to expect someone to call me out from time to time,” she shared.

This isn’t the first time Porsha’s romantic interests in women have been discussed publicly. Fellow “RHOA” cast member Kandi Burruss previously alleged that Porsha had “[hooked] up with girls from time to time,” claiming in 2017, “I know it, she knows it. Baby girl — we in the same boat together. It’s like she and I have shared a secret that nobody else knew.”
Season 17 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” is currently in production.
