*PnB Rock’s 11-year-old daughter Milan Allen and her mother engaged in a heated argument with the rapper’s girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, after accusing her of being responsible for his murder.
We reported previously that Rock was fatally shot at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles located at Main and W. Manchester Avenue in South L.A. on September 12, 2022. TMZ video shows the Philadelphia rapper, whose real name is Rakim Hasheem Allen, receiving aid while lying in a pool of blood after the shooting.
PnB Rock was wearing “several hundred thousand dollars” worth of jewelry on the day he was shot. Tremont Jones reportedly noticed his flashy jewelry online and allegedly alerted Freddie Trone. Trone then sent his 17-year-old son, armed with a gun and ski mask, to rob the rapper at the restaurant. When Rock refused to hand over his valuables, the teenager shot him and stole the jewelry before fleeing with his father and Jones who drove the getaway car.
PnB Rock was taken to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries at the age of 30.
Sibounheuang had to shut down her social media accounts after the shooting because fans blamed her for the killing. Before the fatal incident, she posted on her Instagram that she and Rock were dining at Roscoe’s in Inglewood, which tagged their location.

During a livestream, Milan and her mother criticized Sibounheuang for being more focused on her appearance than on helping PnB Rock after he was shot, Vibe reports.
“Why was she asking, ‘Is he dead?’ over and over?” Milan said during the stream, referencing footage of Sibounheuang learning about his death. “You’re trying to be cute… Girl, you’re doing too much, seriously.”
Milan’s mother added, “That man made you deactivate your IG. The day you came back to IG is the day he was killed. Stop playing with me, Stephanie,” she said. “You lied to me, M, and his mom.”
According to Vibe, Rock’s family accused Sibounheuang of contradicting police reports by stating she didn’t have her phone with her during the incident. They also claim she failed to contact them immediately after the shooting.
When Sibounheuang joined Milan’s Instagram Live, she defended herself in the comment section, writing, “Teaching her I set her dad up is nasty work.”
Sibounheuang added, “You should be at school, baby, but you’re having an ‘I hate Steph’ party.”
Authorities confirmed that Sibounheuang was not involved in PnB Rock’s murder.
As previously reported, Trone, 42, was sentenced to 31 years in prison for instructing his son to fatally shoot PnB Rock.
