*Peacock has released the trailer for “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy,” a 90-minute documentary that examines the controversial life and career of music mogul Sean Combs.
Featuring interviews with his former bodyguard, a childhood friend, and industry colleagues like Al B. Sure!, the documentary explores the influences that shaped the Bad Boy Records founder and the allegations that tarnished his reputation, Variety reports.
The special, set to premiere on January 14, includes testimonies from those who worked closely with Combs, as well as footage of his personal and professional life. One anonymous source claims to have witnessed troubling incidents involving underage individuals. In the trailer, the interviewee says, “I’ve been with Sean for quite a while and I’ve captured a lot of moments. Any time a studio or any rooms is red, he’s making love and sex. Some of the ones who went in the room, for sure they were underage.”
The documentary promises to provide viewers with “crucial insight into the forces that shaped [Combs] and may have made him a monster.” Watch the trailer above.

As we reported earlier, the father of seven has faced numerous accusations of sexual misconduct from multiple women (and men), allegedly occurring between 1991 and 2023. Diddy was arrested in September 2024 after a grand jury indictment on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Since his arrest, Puffy has been held at a Brooklyn jail and denied bail multiple times due to being considered a flight risk and concerns of witness tampering. According to reports, he was placed on suicide watch during his first week in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center but was removed from it shortly thereafter.
The superstar could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted on all charges. According to reports, Diddy will return to court on March 17. According to The Blast, Combs has withdrawn his bail appeal, ending efforts to secure release ahead of his trial in May.
