The discussion took place on the May 13 episode of Wiser Than Me, hosted by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, where Grier was asked whether she still feels youthful. In response, the 76-year-old actor shifted the conversation toward intimacy and physical pleasure, contrasting experiences earlier in life with those in older age.
“Yes, I do, because when you’re young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour,” Grier said, PEOPLE reports. “But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it’ll last three days.”
The comment prompted an immediate reaction from Louis-Dreyfus, who expressed surprise and pressed for clarification, jokingly asking for more detail about what Grier meant.

Grier doubled down on her point, explaining that nothing specific is required for the experience to occur, and emphasizing its unusual duration. She again stressed that it can last “three whole days.”
