*The family of Zelig Williams, a 28-year-old Broadway dancer from Columbia, South Carolina, is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that helps locate him.
According to Variety, Williams was last seen on Oct. 3 at his home in Columbia, according to a statement from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department. The car he had been driving was located more than 20 miles from his residence in a parking lot for the Palmetto Trail, near Congaree National Park.
His mother, Kathy Williams, and cousin, Mieoki Corbett-Jacobs, shared on CNN that the search efforts will extend beyond the parking lot.
“As a family, we’ve been searching. We’ve searched that area ourselves on foot more than once, and now we’re looking to expand our search,” Corbett-Jacobs said.
The family of Zelig Williams is now offering up to a $10,000 reward for tips that lead to his safe return.

The family has also hired a private investigator who is “continuing to work through different things in order to get additional leads,” according to Corbett-Jacobs.
According to News Nation Now, Kathy mentioned she found it unusual that her son was awake at 2:30 a.m. the night before he disappeared. He had asked her if she was alright before heading to bed.
“I told him, yes, I’m OK. And he went back to bed,” Williams said on “Banfield.” “The next morning, I sat on my front porch reading my devotions, and Zelig came out. I said ‘Let me see that photo you have in your hand.’ He just looked at me and said something, but I didn’t understand what he was saying. He got in the vehicle, and he left. I didn’t see him anymore.”
Per Variety, at a press conference, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said his deputies “have used every means of manpower and technology that’s available” amid their search for Zelig Williams.
“We feel confident there are people out in the community who may know something that can help us but just not realizing they have the last key to the puzzle,” Lott added.
