*Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have put their divorce battle to rest, reaching a full settlement that was reported to the court on March 11, TMZ reports. The agreement brings an end to a legal dispute that had grown increasingly combative over several months.
The terms of the deal encompass child support obligations and a structured parenting plan for the former couple’s two children. A judge has directed both parties to file the completed settlement documents within the coming week.
Burruss filed for divorce on November 21, 2025, ending a marriage that had lasted more than ten years. She addressed the news publicly during an Amazon Live stream, acknowledging that the split had not been abrupt, saying the separation “had been brewing for a while.”

Competing custody claims added significant tension to the proceedings. Where Burruss had originally pursued a joint custody arrangement, she reversed course and sought sole custody once Tucker moved to claim primary placement of their children, Ace and Blaze. Tucker maintained that his wife’s work obligations kept her in New York for extended stretches, leaving him as the de facto caregiver at their Georgia home.
Burruss flatly rejected that framing, pointing to her own hands-on role as the children’s primary caregiver, supported by a nanny. She further accused Tucker of living in her guest home without contributing financially to the property or to the main household where the children resided. Tucker maintained he moved into the guest house only because Burruss had effectively forced him out of their primary residence. He had separately petitioned the court for spousal support as part of his initial filing.
Looking ahead, Burruss made clear she holds no desire for lasting animosity. At a January 5 Amazon Live Q&A, she said, “I hope we get to be friends…people get on your nerves and you really start looking at em differently. So, that’s why I’m like hoping we can make it through unscathed.”
