*Kandi Burruss has leveled serious claims against her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, amid their ongoing divorce. Court documents obtained by TMZ allege Tucker has been living in Burruss’ Atlanta guest house without paying rent or contributing to household expenses.
MadameNoire reports that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star also alleges he has not supported the main home where their children, Ace and Blaze, reside. Burruss serves as the primary caregiver, with a nanny assisting, challenging Tucker’s social media portrayal as an engaged father.
The filings note that, since the divorce filing in November 2025, Tucker attended the children’s two birthdays but failed to help cover the expenses. Burruss claims he has also neglected tuition, school fees, supplies, and child support. She is requesting that the court mandate child support, share expenses, and establish a structured parenting plan.
Burruss sought an urgent hearing in January to formalize custody arrangements. She also criticized Tucker for funding international trips while failing to meet his parental duties. Regarding his social media presence, she wrote that his “Daddy Daycare” videos show only brief, minimal interaction with the children.

Burruss filed for divorce on November 21 after more than a decade of marriage, admitting during an Amazon Live stream that the separation “had been brewing for a while.”
In a January 5 Amazon Live Q&A, she expressed hope they could remain cordial once the divorce concludes. “I hope we get to be friends…people get on your nerves and you really start looking at em differently,” she said. “So, that’s why I’m like hoping we can make it through unscathed.”
As proceedings continue, Burruss is seeking court intervention to ensure Tucker meets both financial obligations and parental responsibilities.
