*Justin Combs is sadly following in his dad Sean “Diddy” Combs’ footsteps with his own set of legal worries. The younger Combs is involved in auto-related drama with missed payments for a new Bentley Bentayga V8, according to The Blast.
The situation, which stems months before Diddy’s arrest and indictment in September, involves a lawsuit Porsche Leasing Ltd. filed against Justin for breaching the terms of their contract in June.
Although the company recently petitioned the court to grant a default judgment against Justin, his legal team countered, arguing that Porsche Leasing’s suit was a big misunderstanding.
Detailing the case, media sources reveal Porsche Leasing Ltd. entered a lease for the Bethe Bentley Bentayga V8 with Justin and his JDC Holdings Group in January 2022. Justin initially agreed to make 42 payments of $3,365.23 but breached the terms of their agreement when he failed to make payments on December 20, 2023. Citing the deal, Porsche Leasing cited the deal when stating they could demand the entire amount owed if a default occurred. The lawsuit argued:
“Therefore, there is now due, owing, and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges under the terms of the Agreement Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full,” the lawsuit voiced.

Porsche Leasing Ltd further noted they served Justin with the documents on June 11 at Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion. At the time, his attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, explained to In Touch that the car company’s lawsuit originated from a misunderstanding on its part. A lawyer representing Porsche Leasing LTD has since come out to state that the lawsuit “is in the process of being resolved.”
On the flipside, Justin’s attorney argued that his client did not default on the payments on purpose, instead providing a different factor.
“Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments,” the attorney explained, claiming, “We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped.”
Nevertheless, Porsche Leasing Ltd went ahead with their lawsuit, as it recently petitioned the court to grant a default judgment totaling $190,226.25 ($172,000 in missed payments, $13,000 in interest fees) against Justin.
Diddy’s son’s battle with Porsche Limited Ltd. Marks his latest legal development a plea deal helped him avoid jail time in 2023 thanks to a plea deal surrounding a DUI case.

Under the plea deal, which started after Justin’s arrest in June, his DUI charge was dismissed after pleading no contest to a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher. As a result, Justin was sentenced to three years of summary probation and ordered to “enroll and participate in and complete a 3-month licensed first-offender alcohol and other drug education and counseling program,” the Blast reported.
Expanding the legal drama to make it a family affair, Justin’s brother, Diddy’s other son Christian “King” Combs is in the news after catching flack on social media for partying while his dad is behind bars.
Despite his support of Diddy at a recent hearing, King’s partying with his girlfriend Raven Tracy, and friends at a club, as captured in an Instagram video from an entertainment outlet, has generated disappointment among IG followers.
In their eyes, the elder Combs’ offenses are comparable to the son’s constant supply of drinks to the opposite sex.
“It doesn’t look that good for his daddy/ twin to be in jail for drugging women, and he is named in that lawsuit…. and he’s feeding women drinks,” one IG user wrote Another IG user claimed:

As for the Combs family patriarch, a worse situation could be on the horizon.
Presently, charges resulting in Diddy’s legal woes include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
As if that weren’t enough, prosecutors revealed a supplementary indictment could be filed against the entertainment mogul if new charges surface from a grand jury’s review of an alleged link between Diddy and his relationship with at least one other sex worker.
Stay tuned for further Combs family legal developments.
