*An artificial intelligence experiment has produced an exaggerated visualization of what Elon Musk might resemble without cosmetic enhancements and pharmaceutical interventions.
The Tesla CEO, 54, has openly discussed using Mounjaro for weight management, even dubbing himself “Ozempic Santa” during the previous holiday season. While he’s never addressed ongoing speculation about hair restoration procedures, observers have noted his formerly thinning hairline has seemingly reversed course.
The Daily Mail experimented by submitting a screenshot from Musk’s recent “Joe Rogan Experience” appearance to Microsoft Copilot with the prompt: “Using this image, what would Elon Musk look like without hair transplants or weight loss drugs?” The AI generated a dramatically altered image that bore little resemblance to the billionaire entrepreneur.
Musk’s latest podcast appearance has sparked health concerns from medical professionals who weren’t involved in his care. New York physician Dr. Stuart Fischer observed signs of accelerated aging, telling the Daily Mail that the tech mogul appeared exhausted during his eighth visit to Rogan’s show. “Even at the Republican National Convention in July 2024, he was fresher-faced compared to now,” Dr. Fischer noted. “The exposure, the stress, and the controversy appear to have aged him physically and emotionally.”

Dr. Fischer warned that rapid aging extends beyond cosmetic changes, explaining it “puts you at risk of heart attacks and strokes.” He detailed how chronic stress impacts the body: “Being stressed all the time floods the body with cortisol and adrenaline, which accelerates wear and tear on the heart and makes blood clots more likely.”
The physician suggested Musk may be struggling with the pressures of his public role. “I don’t think he was ready for the overwhelming stress of winding up in the middle of international politics over the past few years,” Dr. Fischer said. “People who used to love him are now deeply upset with him, it’s very draining, and he’s got his companies to run at the same time.”
