*Let it be known that Beyonce isn’t the only star of her Cowboy Carter Tour. It’s more about the show stealing capers run by her youngest daughter Rumi and her twin brother Sir.
And while the trio and big sister Blue Ivy make the outing a family affair, the Carter family will make time for them in London when the tour stops there on June 13. According to Hello!, Rumi and Sir will turn eight on that special day. No show is listed that night, which prevents work commitments interfering with birthday activities.
News of the twins’ born day during the Cowboy Carter tour comes years after Beyonce introduced the pair to the world via a picture she posted one month after they were born on July 13, 2017.
In the photo, the “Deja Vu” songstress is posing in front of a flower arrangement, dressed in a purple floral gown and wearing a blue veil, while holding her twins.
Their initial low-key status has given way to a more public sightings as they get older. Sir may be more reserved than his sisters, but that hasn’t prevented Rumi from carving her own lane as a fan off the spotlight with pictures capturing her attending the Super Bowl – with her iconic parents and appearing in Beyoncé’s fashion campaign for the 2021 Ivy Park collection, titled “Halls of Ivy,” which was created ahead of the holidays.

As for the Cowboy Carter tour, Rumi is noted for her onstage cameo during Beyoncé’s performance of “Protector,” a tune Queen Bey wrote in dedication to her children.
Needless, to say, the Beyhive loves Rumi and her excitement from being in front of them during the worldwide trek. Taking to social media, Tina Knowles, shared a touching tribute to her granddaughter.
Weighing in on Rumi’s stage presence while re-posting a clip of the confident young lady strutting out onto the stage on night four of the tour, Knowles touched on Rumi following Blue Ivy’s lead with all eyes on her.
“She said, ‘Oh, we walkin’? Say less. It’s giving big sis energy in training. “The way she watches Blue and mirrors her every move… you can tell she’s taking notes,” the matriarch stated.
“She doesn’t just want to join the legacy…she wants to SLAY it too! Rumi said on last tour that she was ready to hit the stage. She learned choreography and was ready. I’m so happy to see her on stage with her mommy and her sister… she really did straight out there. One day she’s gonna cut loose and walk down the runway one day you watch! Rumi is also a great songwriter already! She will be a force to be reckoned with just wait!”
