*Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty allegedly attacked one of her security guards and now the couple is at the center of a lawsuit.
EUR reportedly previously, via Complex, that the incident occurred in March 2019 at one of Nicki’s shows in Germany. There, she allegedly exploded at a female security staffer because a male concertgoer was able to get onstage during her performance. Weidenmuller was head of security at the time, and he stepped in as the rapper berated the woman, calling her a “f**king bitch.”
According to the documents, obtained by The Blast, Weidenmuller states the “concert-goer breached a security barricade dividing the audience from the stage and was able to get on stage while Minaj was performing. In obtaining access to the stage, the concert-goer bypassed a female security guard stationed at the stairs leading to the stage.”
Weidenmuller claims Nicki threw a shoe at him but missed. According to his lawsuit, Petty punched him in the face and broke his jaw.

Weidenmuller allegedly recorded the interaction and he’s now seeking $750k in damages, The Blast reports.
The security guard noted in the original filing that Nicki was unharmed by the fan who stormed the stage and she overreacted about the incident.
“The concert-goer did not cause harm to any other person, nor did he damage any property during or after his limited time on stage. He simply danced on stage to the music. He did not attempt to, and did not actually, make any physical contact with Minaj while on stage,” the court docs state.
The security guard claims that after the show, Nicki, Kenneth, and members of her entourage confronted him and were “irate during this confrontation and screamed at the female security guard that she was a f—ing bitch and accused her of having put Minaj in physical danger. During the confrontation, the female security guard was in tears and apologized to Minaj.”
Nicki made the woman apologize to her on camera. The artist, who has a “mean girl” reputation, reportedly pulled her cell phone out to record it, forcing the female security guard to “tell Minaj’s fans, via the recording, that she failed to do her job and put Minaj in danger,” the legal docs state, according to The Blast.
“Without warning, Petty PUNCHED Weidenmuller from the side and made contact with the right side of [his] face,” per the court docs.
Police were called to the scene (no arrests were made) and an investigation was launched, according to The Blast.
