Diamond and Silk (Rochelle Richardson) were sisters, and their verified Twitter account said, “The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity!”
Hardaway’s death comes months after she was reportedly hospitalized late last year for reasons unknown. At the time, the Diamond and Silk Twitter account called for fans to “please pray for Diamond.” It was reported that Lynette had been battling COVID and was allegedly hospitalized amid the Thanksgiving holiday.
“Anyone who believes in the power of prayer please pray for Diamond,” Diamond’s sister wrote on Twitter in November.
The sisters rose to fame during Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign as their YouTube channel was dedicated to supporting him.
