Joyful Drake and TS Madison Tease What Fans Can Expect on ‘Hush’ Season 2 | EUR Video Exclusive

*We spoke to the stars of ALLBLK’s provocative drama series, “Hush,” who teased what fans can expect now that season two is underway. 

“Hush personifies the mysterious, captivating and edgy programming our subscribers crave as we continue to push the envelope with our content offerings at AllBlk,” AllBlk said previously about the series, Deadline reported.

Series creator and executive producer Angela Burt-Murray added, “From the therapist looking to write her comeback story and a desperate housewife fighting to save her family to the baller’s wife playing with fire and a street-smart baddie making boss moves, the women of Hush are sexually empowered and driven to succeed no matter the cost.”

Candiace Dillard Bassett (The Real Housewives of Potomac) stars alongside Joyful Drake (P Valley), Caryn Ward Ross (ALLBLK’s Monogamy), and TS Madison (Zola, The TS Madison Experience). The series “follows the story of top marriage and sex therapist, TV personality and best-selling author, Dr. Draya Logan (Drake) who finds herself entangled in a web of lies, sex and murder that could cost her everything,” per the official synopsis. 

“This season, Dr. Logan is determined to clear her name and reclaim her fame. She must utilize her pawns to not only to help free her but cover up more than what they promised at whatever costs before the secrets of the penthouse are exposed,” the synopsis continues. 

“I would say the first season was all set up,” Drake told EUR. “You got to see a little bit of Dr. Draya Logan. 

The beautiful thing about season two is that you get to really dive into who she is and why she is the way that she is,” the actress continued. 

“The first season we were in her office, now we’re going to see more of her life. We’re going to meet important people that have played a part in the fabric of the woman that she is, certain sides of her that you may not get to see or haven’t seen yet because Dr. Draya is always in control. She always has it together. She’s behind the scenes pulling the strings and you’re going to see her unravel a little bit. You’ll get to see a softer side of her,” Drake revealed. 

“This season not only unveils surprising facts about my character, but I would say everyone on the show,” she continued. “And if you thought the first season was a wild ride, I would say wait until you watch this season and you can tell from the first episode right away, the production value, the writing is very strong, the directing. Everything about this season is elevated.”

When asked if fans can anticipate any big surprises, co-star TS Madison said, “In a nutshell, just trust no one.”

The popular transgender influencer added, “I want the viewers to know this show is a roller coaster.”
