*Ex-NBAer Dwight Howard has found himself at the center of an all-male Instagram hook-up gone real, real wrong. Citing court documents captured by Radar Online, Love B Scott details revealed a lawsuit filed by a man named Stephen Harper.

The suit details Howard admitting to meeting Harper on Instagram in May 2021. After reaching out to the former Los Angeles Laker via direct message, Harper stated Howard texted his cell phone number after he sent his number. Howard mentioned exchanging texts with Howard, who told the man he was into “freaky” sexual stuff and asked for Harper to send him explicit photos.

Howard’s response triggered a series of text messages with Harper between May 2021 and July 2021, according to the lawsuit, which stated that several of Howard’s texts “included sexually explicit content, such as photographs and videos.”

Howard further revealed that Harper came over to his home on July 19, 2021, adding they went to his bedroom, removed their clothing, and “engaged in consensual kissing.”

As things heated up, Harper claimed another man entered the situation, according to his lawsuit. The man was dressed as a woman and called himself “Kitty.” And speaking of “Kitty,” according to RadarOnline, An alleged photo of “Kitty” was leaked online by Harper

The lawsuit further revealed Harper’s refusal of Howard’s desire for a threesome. Although Harper refused the threesome, he said Kitty started performing oral sex on Howard. Harper later stated he was uncomfortable and did not want to participate, adding that Howard tried to touch his thigh and stoked his “penis through his underwear.”

Although Harper said he asked Howard to stop, he claimed Howard told him he was “going to do whatever” and he was “going to like it.”

“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” Harper’s lawsuit stated. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.”

Realizing Harper was not enjoying his sexual act, Howard stopped and ordered Harper to his bed. Harper continued detailing the situation in his lawsuit, sharing that Kitty was having sex with Howard, who forced him to perform oral sex on him. Although he tried to call an Uber after what happened, Harper stated Howard made Kitty take him home.

Accusations against Howard that were brought to light from Harper’s lawsuit, include assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.

Howard has responded to Harper’s suit, denying he sexually assaulted Harper or forced him to receive or perform any sexual acts. Along with that, the athlete refuted Harper’s claim of being surprised by Kitty, saying Harper “was aware that would also be arriving at the home prior to Plaintiff even arriving at Defendant’s home.”

Howard not only confessed to Kitty being a man dressed as a woman, he admitted to touching Kitty and Harper, stating that everything was consensual.

“The three agreed to touch one another and to engage in consensual sexual activity,” Howard’s lawyer wrote.

Howard is demanding Harper’s entire lawsuit be thrown out of court. Further adding to Harper’s version of the story, Radar Online noted text messages Harper submitted as well as an Uber receipt from July 19, 2021, to prove he did visit Howard’s home.

“People who know what is going on in my bed know what the hell is going on and what I do with it. I don’t gotta tell nobody where I put my wood at since ya’ll wanna get to it,” the former Laker said as he called people “weird for wanting him to spill the tea on his private life. “That ain’t nobody business where I put my sh*t at. Ya’ll just weird. If you wanna know what people doing in their bedroom or who they messin’ with or sleeping with, you are weird!”

“Who cares who I was text messaging? You’re just mad because I wasn’t texting you ugly a**,” Howard added. “I don’t gotta deny it, I don’t gotta talk about none of that crap — this sh*t didn’t even happen. You worried about the wrong stuff. That’s why it’s called an accusation. Allegedly.”
