*A popular internet personality who earned millions of followers for abusing her child in numerous videos was reportedly arrested and stripped of her parental rights.
According to Heavy, Lovely Peaches, real name is Brittany Johnson, has reportedly lost custody of her 3-year-old daughter, Cora, following a year long FBI investigation into her disturbing posts. Some of the posts show her threatening Cora and laughing about harming the child.
Cora is reportedly no longer with Johnson and is said to be living with her grandmother. Johnson was reportedly arrested after Cora was removed from her custody following an FBI investigation last week.
On Aug. 6, advocacy group Children’s Riot reported that Cora “has been rescued and will never be returned to her abusive mother.”
“The FBI has ensured that Peaches will no longer have access to hurting Cora or any other children. She is being prosecuted and will pay for what she has done.”
Children’s Riot, whose mission is to “change laws in order to better protect every child from trafficking and exploitation,” also acknowledged that Cora may have been in her grandparents’ custody during the time Johnson posted about her on social media.
“Cora was back with her mother, and has been taken away from her as of this morning,” according to The Salvation Foundation. “As of now, she is safe, she is no longer with her mother.”
More recently, Johnson threatened TikTok star Charli D’Amelio, saying she had hired a man to “sexually assault Charli during a livestream,” causing D’Amelio to end her livestream.
Johnson was later banned from TikTok.
