Lifetime announced on Wednesday, Dec. 11, the “explosive” story will continue over three nights in January with Surviving R. Kelly Part II.
The documentary will include new interviews with survivors; investigative journalist and author Jim DeRogatis; music industry insiders Damon Dash, Mathew Knowles, and Jimmy Maynes; supporters; psychologists; cultural and legal experts.
“Whoever is acting like they didn’t know is lying,” Dash says in a newly released trailer for the documentary.
