*A recent ranking from Eat This, Not That highlights some of the worst fast-food choices, ranking them from unhealthy to downright disastrous due to excessive fat, sodium, and calories
Panda Express’ fried rice is among the dishonorable mentions, as well as Starbucks’ bacon, sausage, and egg wrap, and Subway’s Beast sub. Per Eat This, Not That, other unhealthy picks include Taco Bell’s sausage patty breakfast crunchwrap, Dunkin’s double sausage breakfast sandwich, Panera Bread’s mac and cheese bread bowl and the Cobb salad from Chick-fil-A. However, five fast-food items stand out as the absolute worst. Check out the list below.
5. Burger King’s Bacon King
This burger is loaded with two beef patties, six slices of bacon, American cheese, ketchup, and mayo. The sodium content alone makes it an unhealthy nightmare.
4. Wendy’s Big Bacon Classic Triple
This massive sandwich features three beef patties, multiple slices of bacon, cheese, and toppings. It contains a 86 grams of fat and 36 grams of saturated fat.
3. Popeyes Hot Bone-In Wings or Louisiana Garlic Bone-In Wings
These fried wings pack up to 98 grams of fat. Their high fat and calorie content makes them one of the worst choices on the menu.

2. McDonald’s Big Breakfast with Hotcakes
This hefty breakfast delivers 158 grams of carbohydrates, 63 grams of fat, and 2,070 milligrams of sodium.
1. Dairy Queen’s Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Basket
