*Somebody in Donald Trump’s camp should’ve told him to STOP talking about how illegal immigrants are a threat to ‘Black Jobs!’ First, he said it on the debate stage with President Joe Biden. Then he said it again in front of an auditorium full of Black people at the NABJ Black Journalists convention a few days ago.
His comments prove that Trump thinks most Black people work manual labor-type jobs that illegal immigrants could cross over the border and just take without a college degree or a special skill set.
He thinks Black people are walking stereotypes. That’s why Republicans chose Amber Rose – a former stripper with a tattoo across her forehead – to speak at their convention.

So, In theory, as noted by The Guardian’s Andrew Lawrence, being questioned by three Black women should have posed a challenge for Trump.
Undoubtedly, his many supporters will view his performance as further proof of his capability to challenge Harris.
However, for those in the room who could see through his bluster, Trump appeared like an old crank who could barely hear or have a thought without somehow making it racist.
