
Entertainer and recording artist Norwood Young will be inducted into the California Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame during a ceremony scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 8 p.m. at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills.
The honor recognizes Young’s decades-long career in music and entertainment, as well as his civic engagement and cultural contributions in Los Angeles and beyond.

The California Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame induction places Young among artists and industry figures who have helped shape the state’s entertainment landscape. The ceremony will take place at the Saban Theatre, a well-known Beverly Hills venue that regularly hosts major concerts, film premieres, and cultural events.
Tickets for the induction ceremony are currently listed at $150 for general admission and $250 for VIP seating.
Easter Sunday Celebration Concert in Hollywood
The weekend celebration will continue with an Easter Sunday Hall of Fame after-party concert on April 5, 2026, at Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood.
Doors open at 6 p.m., with the concert scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
The evening will be hosted by actress and comedian Kim Whitley, with musical direction provided by Wayne Linsey, the acclaimed pianist and producer who will lead the live band. Organizers say special surprise guest performers are also expected to appear during the show.
Concert tickets are priced at $60 for VIP seating and $50 for general admission.
