*A Florida woman who went missing in September 2024 while several months pregnant was recently spotted in a viral TikTok video giving birth on a New York subway.
Jenny Saint Pierre, 25, had been reported missing by her family, who expressed concern due to her schizophrenia and pregnancy, TooFab reports. Police issued an endangered missing person’s bulletin after she was last seen in July, and her ex-boyfriend reported not seeing her since a disagreement in early August. However, the family’s relief came when a TikTok video surfaced recently, showing Saint Pierre giving birth aboard a subway train in NYC.
“Only in NYC! ??♀️” the person who uploaded the clip captioned the footage. “POV: You’re headed to work and you witness someone giving birth on the train.”
The New York Times caught up with the family to get their reaction after watching the video.
“Oh, my God, look at her little face!” Jenny’s sister, Stephania Saint Pierre, said to the publication after being shown the video. “Oh, my God, I am going to cry! That’s my first niece!”

Jenny’s mother told the Times, “I’ve been thinking about my daughter every day, praying every day that she’s OK, that her baby is OK. I’m going to sleep good tonight.
“We will always be there for her, and for her baby,” she added, noting that her daughter can come home anytime.
Stepahnia said it was “unusual” for her sister to stop communication with the family.
“I was just talking to her about this being her first child,” she told CBS News at the time of her sibling’s disappearance. “Possibly a baby shower and all of these things that were getting ready to be planned and then all of a sudden, she just disappears. No one hears from her. Nothing.”
“Something’s not right,” she added.
Authorities confirmed that Jenny is the woman seen in the viral video, and both she and her newborn daughter are currently in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
