*Miley Cyrus and Naomi Campbell are facing criticism from fans following a record signing event in London that left many attendees feeling sidelined.
The event, held Sunday at Rough Trade to promote Cyrus’s latest single “Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved,” which features Campbell, was billed as an opportunity for fans to meet the singer. Instead, some walked away disappointed, saying the stars appeared more focused on one another than the crowd that had come to see them.
Video clips shared online showed Cyrus engaged in conversation with Campbell while signing records, only briefly pausing to glance up for fan photos. The lack of direct interaction didn’t go unnoticed. As Love B. Scott reports, one attendee commented online, “Sorry to everyone who went and got a photo with them talking to one another ?,” while another urged, “treat your fans better next time.”
Even fans who had planned to support the single by purchasing vinyl seemed disillusioned. “I canceled my order,” one wrote. “They just talking to themselves? Barely acknowledging the fans.”
Following the event, Cyrus took to Instagram, writing, “Thank you to everyone who showed up to the signing, we adored meeting you. If you missed it, get your life & our vinyl that’s available now.”

Campbell replied warmly in the comments: “What a joy spending Saturday night with you in my hometown. Your energy is infectious, your memory is unreal, and you had me laughing all night! SHOW US YOUR POSES . THIS SUMMER — I love you, Queen.”

Despite the affectionate exchange between the stars, many fans remain vocal about feeling excluded from the celebration, turning what was intended to be a fan-centered event into a moment of disappointment for some.
