*Reality TV star Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, were forcibly removed from their Alpharetta, Georgia, mansion by U.S. Marshals on April 8, three months after the property was sold.
According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, the couple was “ejected” from the estate after failing to vacate following its sale in January for $2.8 million. Marshals were instructed to eject them and return “full and quiet possession” of the home to its new owners.
The sale of the luxury property followed months of financial turbulence, including a December 2024 foreclosure notice and a February 2023 default on a $1.65 million loan. The seven-bedroom mansion was once listed for $6 million in October 2023, just two months after Biermann filed for divorce for the second time.
The home boasts an impressive list of amenities, including a six-car garage, billiard and arcade rooms, a private gym with a massage room, a 500-bottle wine cellar, a heated pool, and an in-home theater, per Zillow listings.
Zolciak attempted to sell furniture from the home on the very day of the removal. She posted an Instagram Story advertising her daughter Ariana’s bedroom set for $10,000, noting it had originally been purchased for $43,657.

The eviction marks another chapter in the contentious divorce saga between Biermann and the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star. The ex-couple, married in 2011, officially ended their 12-year union in May 2023. In her filing, Zolciak called their marriage “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
Zolciak and Biermann share four biological children: KJ, 14; Kash, 12; and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. In 2013, Kroy legally adopted Kim’s two daughters, Ariana, 23, and 28-year-old Brielle.
